The Echo of an Officer is a Character in the Pale Reach DLC. They can be found in an Ice Shard at the Southern Locus and are one of the four frozen souls who need to be freed as part of the Under The Ice Pursuit.

The officer is the only one of the four crew members who does not have an associated Journal.
