I would comment on the utility of this item, but Comments, enabled by default, seem to be disabled.
The best feature of the Tendon Rod is its bonus Aberration Rating. It can replace a Versatile Rod while in the Strand and have a better chance of snagging a snargy fish. Unfortunately, the next pursuit will be in the Spine where it is nearly useless.
