On the 27th of August 2024, Black Salt Games officially launched their own store, dredge.store. Not every item on this page was or is available through the official store. Many were/are only available through other vendors.
Game Editions
Main article: Editions
Physical Deluxe Edition
The Physical Deluxe Edition (PDE) was the only physical version available on release in 2023. It is available in four versions: Xbox One/XSX, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. This edition includes:
- A cartridge or disc according to your console
- A [dimensions] poster, a sticker pack
- A physical artbook
- A download code for the Blackstone Key DLC
- A download code for the DREDGE Official Soundtrack
- Pre-ordered copies of the game include a download code for the preorder exclusive basic rod.
Collector's Edition
The Collector’s Edition will be released on the 10th November 2024. It is available for Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. Included is:
- A layered box featuring exclusive artwork to hold everything.
- A copy of DREDGE Complete Collection, with the Blackstone Key, Pale Reach, and Iron Rig DLCs baked onto the disc/cartridge.
- A reversible Book of the Deep game-case sleeve.
- 10cm^3 replica of the Sign of Ruin
- A double sided poster
- A map with marker stickers
- A physical copy of the fish encyclopedia including all the post-launch and DLC fish.
- A message in a bottle from Black Salt Games
- A metal doubloon coin
As of July 2024, BSG has stated that they have no plans to release the Complete Edition physically as a standalone purchase. A digital version will be available.
Apparel and Accessories
Shirts
Early Prints
In several early photos of the BSG team, they can be seen wearing matching teal t-shirts. These shirts feature the DREDGE app icon, with a large hook included. This hook is sometimes omitted from the logo. Though similar shirts are now available on the Official Store, they are not available in the teal color of this original print. This original print of shirts did not have the DREDGE logo printed on the left sleeve. These shirts were never available for public sale. There are at least five of these shirts.
At the 2023 Tokyo Game Show, the BSG team was seen wearing a crimson colored set of t-shirts featuring the design from inside the Book of the Deep, now known as the Symbol of the Deep. bsg_alex has also been seen wearing this shirt to other events. Alex is the 2D graphic designer for DREDGE which may be why he likes to show off this design. This shirt was never available for public sale. There are at least three of these shirts.
Also at the 2023 TGS, there is a single photo where bsg_nadia and another woman are seen wearing a seafoam coloured shirt. The design on the front is a cartoon-styled boat surrounded by floating red eyes, with the lighthouse towering behind it. The eyes and boat both feature prominently in other media, including the enamel pins being handed out at this event.
These three Early Print shirt designs were only available to fans as a prize for the winners of the July DREDGE photo competitions alongside a set of First Edition Enamel Pins.
Fangamer Shirt
On the 20th of August 2024, [[Black Salt Games] ] announced a collaboration with Fangamer.com. One of the items for sale is a grey t-shirt titled "Shattered Collector". The Collector gazes through a shattered mirror, obscuring the Deity behind. The eye that normally indicates Panic is featured just below the neck. Other eyes surround the design. This image dwarfs the Boat depicted in the bottom third of the shirt. The whole image is made of only teal, crimson, and white.
The Fangamer Shirt costs $36 USD and is available in women and unisex sizes. As of August 2024, this is the only shirt available in women sizing options.

This official DREDGE shirt was designed by Studio Ilustrata and printed by Forward on soft, 100% cotton t-shirts from Canvas and District.
Official Shirts
On the 27th August 2024, Black Salt Games released a series of six shirts during the launch of the Official Store.
Five of these shirts are made with the same cotton blend. The three designs that are reprints from the Early Prints series, Icon, Lighthouse, and Symbol of the Deep, have the DREDGE logo printed on the left sleeve. The other two shirts, Fish Species and Great Wave, do not.
The five cotton shirts cost $24.99 USD.
The Fish Species shirt features a selection of 2D fish sprites from the game. The fish farther down the list are interspersed with aberrations.

The Great Wave shirt is inspired by The Great Wave off Kanagawa, a famous Japanese woodblock print by Hokusai in the year 1831. The Great Wave as a work is a very common piece used in the style of pop-art remixes. The Great Wave shirt is the only cotton shirt of the collection designed by someone other than Alex Ritchie.

The Icon shirt is similar to the teal shirt from the Early Prints. It features the Icon fish shaped logo in the center of the black t-shirt. The icon has teal and crimson visual aberration on the left and right of the logo. The DREDGE title logo is printed on the left sleeve of the shirt.

The Symbol of the Deep shirt is almost identical to the crimson shirt from the Early Prints. The only difference is the DREDGE title logo located on the left sleeve.

The Tentacle shirt is the only shirt not made of cotton, instead using polyester and elastene. It has a front and back design that are printed using sublimation ink instead of screenprinting. It also costs more than the other shirts.

Other Shirts
There is also a custom black dress shirt made by bsg_joel’s fiancée, which she hand-embroidered to have this DREDGE themed design above the breast pocket. This shirt is a one-of-one and will never be available for public sale.
Sweaters
There have been at least two runs of sweaters made that were not available for public sale. One has the old DREDGE lighthouse on the breast, while the other has the Black Salt Games logo. They are both black zip-ups with a hood. These sweaters were never available for public purchase. There are at least four of each of these sweaters.
On the 27th August 2024, the Official Store launched. One of the garments available for purchase is a black pull-over hoodie. It features the Icon fish logo on the front, and the DREDGE title logo on the left sleeve.

Pins
First Edition Enamel Pins
At the 2023 Tokyo Games Showcase, fans could meet the BSG team in person. Guests who did were given a full set of themed enamel pins. The designs of these pins have also been used for other media, including sticker packs and Discord emojis. These emojis are :dredge_boat:, :dredge_eyes:, :dredge_star_fish:, :dredge_wow:, and :dredge_susfishious:. A full set of these pins were also awarded to each winner of the July 2023 Photo Competition. These pins have not been made available for public sale.
Relic Series Pins
On the 27th of August 2024, Black Salt Games launched the Official Store. One of the items that was available at launch was a set of five enamel pins. Each is a new design by Alex Ritchie meant to resemble the five relics, though they do not use the official in-game art.
Each pin costs $9.99 USD and are not available for purchase as a discounted set. Each pin has the same description on the store:

Fangamer Pin
On the 20th of August 2024, Black Salt Games collaborated with Fangamer.com to produce a bespoke collection of merch. One of the items is a pin of the Voltaic Grouper. It is made two shades of glow in the dark ink, one for the body and one for the fins. These inks glow at different intensities.
An unknown green energy arcs and crackles over this fish's scales.
This official DREDGE pin was designed by Jorge M. Velez. It's a soft-enamel pin with glow-in-the-dark details, and measures about 1.5 inches wide.
NZPost Pin
From the 5th March 2024 until the 5th March 2025 (the future as of writing), New Zealand Post (NZPost) commemorated the success of BSG with a set of collectables alongside four other games. One of the items for sale was a metal pin with the game title and lighthouse embossed on a console controller. The pin is made from [material]. Other games awarded collectable pins in this set include Mini Metro, Depth, Into the Dead 2, and Bloons TD6.
Hats
When Black Salt Games launched the Official Store on the 27th August 2024, they released a black baseball cap with the DREDGE Icon logo on the front. It is listed as “one size fits all” and is not adjustable.

Prints and Artwork
Exclusive Location Art Print
One of the prizes for the October 2023 Photo Competition was an exclusive print of one of the postcards included in the Digital Deluxe Edition. There are five postcards, and three winners, so it’s possible that two of these prints were never made. The other side of these postcards are blank. These prints were never made available for public purchase.
GMS Key Art Print
From the 15th to the 29th March 2024, Game Maker’s Sketchbook partnered with iam8bit.com to do a limited run of prints of the DREDGE key art. DREDGE was one of four winners for Impact, a category described as "An iconic, singular image that captures the game’s visual language, character and/or narrative, including, but not limited to, key art or concept art." The Key Art is featured at the end of most game trailers, the DREDGE website, as well as other places to represent the game as a whole. Other games nominated for Impact include Planet of Lana, Have a Nice Death, and The Alters. The print is 24×14" “Archival Quality” Giclée print. All the sales we donated to benefit the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences. Each print was sold for $40 USD.
Posters
On the 27th of August 2024, Black Salt Games launched the Official Store, including three posters.
The first poster is of the Key Art. This poster is different from the GMS Key Art Print as it is printed on poster paper. The dimensions are also different, at 16×20". The Key Art poster costs $19.99 USD.

NZPost Stamps
From the 5th March 2024 until the 5th March 2025 (the future as of writing), New Zealand Post (NZPost) commemorated the success of BSG with a set of collectables alongside four other games. Each game’s key art was placed on a stamp. BloonsTD6 and Depth were placed on the $2.00 NZD stamp, DREDGE on the $3.30 NZD, Mini Metro on the $4.60 NZD, and Into the Dead 2 was placed on the $5.30 NZD stamp. The stamps were available at their cost, plus $2.00 NZD international shipping. The stamps were available in a variety of mixed and individual sheets. NZPost also produced a set of “maximum cards”, a presentation pack, and a variety of First Day covers.
The presentation pack has a blurb about DREDGE that reads
Cryptic townsfolk and strange lights await those who dare try the smash hit fishing game Dredge from Black Salt Games. Players take on the mantle of a sea pactain who must fish to earn their keep, but before too long an ancient, sinister undercurrent becomes apparent in both their catch and the archipelago the now call home.

Waterbottle
With the launch of the [Official DREDGE Store on the 27th of August 2024, Black Salt Games released a waterbottle featuring the Symbol of the Deep. It holds 500ml and is made of stainless steel. It is shaped like most stainless steel waterbottles, a design popularized by S’well.

Towels
With the launch of the [Official DREDGE Store on the 27th of August 2024, Black Salt Games released a set of towels featuring the same designs as the postcards found in the Digital Deluxe Edition. Each towel features the print of one region.

Stickers
Physical Deluxe Edition
The sticker pack available in the Physical Deluxe Edition has also been distributed as a gift at various games showcases. It features seven stickers.
NZPost Stickers
NZPost also created a sticker set to honour five standout games by New Zealand-based game studios. This sticker pack includes BloonsTD6, Depth, DREDGE, Mini Metro, and Into the Dead 2, and cost $7.50 NZD.
First Edition Stickers
With the launch of the [Official Dredge Store on the 27th of August 2024, Black Salt Games released a series of sticker packs. Each pack is from one of the five regions, and contains all of that region’s aberrations, excluding fish from the Iron Rig DLC.

Fangamer Bonus Sticker
With the purchase of the Shattered Collector shirt exlusive to Fangamer.com, buyers also received a limited edition Bonus Sticker. The sticker is 3 inches tall and depicts the Tier 1 Boat hull using only teal and crimson or adjacent hues.
Three-headed Cod Plush
While not yet released, one of the items announced as part of the DREDGE Fangamer collaboration is the Three-headed Cod Plush. This plush is the first time any of the fish have been officially created in a three-dimensional medium. The description is a play on the in-game description of the Three-Headed Cod: "Three heads writhe and struggle in unison. Three mouths hang agape, then close shut together. Three lives lived as one. One fate bound to many."

Map Desk Mat
While not yet released, one of the items announced as part of the DREDGE Fangamer collaboration is the Fisherman's Map Desk Mat. The map has lots of detail, such as the red pillar of light at the end-game location, or some fish with highly accurate spawn locations, such as the Moonfish and Ocean Sunfish. However, some of the details are strikingly inaccurate, such as the shape of Devil's Spine.

This official DREDGE desk mat was designed by Adam Rufino. It measures 35 x 16 inches across, with a 3 mm rubber backing.
Candles
For April Fools 2024, Black Salt Games made a collection of scented candles. While only one set of candles actually exists, Black Salt Games purchased the domain www.blacksaltscents.com, which still says Sold Out. The description of each scent is below.

Digital Collectables
Digital Artbooks
Main article: DREDGE Digital Artbook
The Digital Artbook is available as DLC on Steam through the Digital Deluxe Edition. This purchase creates a folder in your Steam Library located at %steamapps%\common\DREDGE\The Art of DREDGE. This folder contains various subfolders with the artbook pdfs contained within. First is a digital pdf of the physical Art Book found in the Physical Deluxe Edition. It also contains a Fish Species Notebook, which contains a image of each fish species and its aberrations, excluding any fish or aberrations added after v1.0. There is a folder of Digital Prints titled "Postcards" like the ones awarded for the October 2023 Photo Competition. Another zip file contains five wallpapers. These wallpapers and postcards are different from the ones available at dredge.game/wallpapers.
These designs were later recycled for the designs of the beach towels.
Original Soundtrack
Main article: DREDGE Original Soundtrack
The DREDGE Original Soundtrack is available for purchase on Steam, either as a part of the Deluxe Edition Bundle or as a standalone purchase. Unlike the download code provided by the Physical Deluxe Edition, this purchase has additional tracks added as each new DLC is released. New tracks are added as an additional "Disc".
Steam Community Marketplace
The Steam Community Marketplace allows for the collection of four categories of items: Trading Cards, Badges, Emoticons, and Backgrounds. For up-to-date pricing of these items, most recent prices are recorded on Steam Card Exchange’s Showcase
Dredge has a set of five trading cards, each a character of the game. Trading cards come in foil and normal types. When playing a game on steam, you earn one card approximately every 2 hours played for the first 6 hours played. After that, players must either craft booster packs with gems, trade cards with other users, or purchase cards and booster packs from the steam community market. Any card earned through a drop or a booster pack has a 1/5000 chance of being a foil. As of August 2024, normal cards sell for approximately $0.10 USD and foil cards sell from $0.70 to $1.20 USD. In the steam inventory, clicking on a trading card shows a zoomed-in image of the character portrait with parts of Greater Marrow in the background.
There are five levels of steam badge, plus a foil badge. Their design features the DREDGE fish logo with an increasingly intricate background sigil, with the foil badge featuring custom artwork of the Book of the Deep. Each is crafted using trading cards. Players should be warned, once you level up your badge, one can never return to a lower level. If one prefers the look of a lower level, they should be cautious about obtaining extra sets of cards.

Whenever a badge is crafted, the user is rewarded with their new badge, a random emoticon, a random background, and a steam coupon. If a steam summer sale or winter sale is currently active, the user is given a time-limited sale card instead of the coupon. All items awarded from crafting are tradable and marketable.
DREDGE has eight emoticons and three backgrounds. While these emoticons are all available on the Official Discord Server, the tentacle emoji is called :dredge_tentacle: on Steam instead of :dredge_high1:. Steam does not limit games to three backgrounds but there is no explanation as to why Black Salt Games chose to exclude Gale Cliffs and Twisted Strand from the background options.
