Ruins is a place found in the Gale Cliffs. It is the only other town besides Ingfell. There is one docking place, far away from the rest of the town, which belongs to the Hermit. He describes the destruction of the town, telling of the Serpent which lives in the cliffs. He describes the Serpent destroying the foundations of their homes, forcing everyone to flee, and then disappearing into its lair with treasures and trinkets.
