The Engineer is a worker on The Iron Rig. She is located in the Tech Lab and the Factory installations of the rig.
Function
The engineer allows players to research and upgrade their Abilities and install gadgets that give passive benefits for several in-game actions. These include increasing turning, reversing, fishing, and dredging speeds, as well as absorbing the heat from the Haste ability and increasing the catch rate of Trawl Nets. She also works in the factory where she sells specialized equipment
