Unlike the in-game description suggests, no in-game time passes when the ability is used and you are instantly transported to Blackstone Isle.

It generates a moderate amount of panic and has a cooldown time of 12 in-game hours. Although it is intended to be used as a transportation convenience, Manifest can also be used to escape dangerous situations, such as being swarmed by Piranhas or attacked by the Leviathan.
