Under The Ice
Found a camp on the island in the center of the ice field. Inside a cabin was an unusual column of ice. A voice spoke from within. It mentioned listeners, eyes, and valuable stones. It specifically mentioned 3...or was it 4? I should try to find them, whatever they really are.

Under The Ice is a Pursuit found in The Pale Reach DLC and functions as the main quest of the DLC. During the course of the Pursuit you learn the story of 3 sailors and their Captain, who attempted to uncover something mysterious under the Ice of the Pale Reach, before being betrayed by the Captain. At the end of the quest you seal away some sort of monster that was responsible for the strange goings on in the Pale Reach, although the captain suggests that you are freeing it instead.

Steps

• Acquire the Icebreaker from the Icebreaker Pursuit.
• Use the Icebreaker to access the dredging spots for the four Ice Axes.
• Use the Ice Axes to release the 4 sailors from the Ice.
  • Release the Captain at the Central Camp.
  • Release the Boatswain at the Eastern Terminus.
  • Release the Navigator at the Western Bearing.
  • Release the First Officer at the Southern Locus.
