Cracked at the handle. The teeth are coated in Frozen blood.

The Ice Axe is an Item that is part of the Under The Ice Pursuit. 4 of them can be found throughout the Pale Reach, in locations behind ice that needs to be broken with the Icebreaker. Each of the Ice Axes is used to release one of the four sailors from an Ice Shard at these locations: Central Camp, Eastern Terminus, Western Bearing and Southern Locus.

Once all 4 Sailors have been released the Under The Ice Pursuit is completed.
