Three Stone Tablet can be found in Devil's Spine and finding one starts the Stone Tablets pursuit. Bring all three to the Trader will give you the Fused Tablet. It should be mentioned that it would be best to do the Hermitage pursuit first before doing this as you will need Packed Explosives to access one tablet and the other two will be easier to get with explosives.
