The Mayor is located in Greater Marrow and is the first character you meet in the game.
Once the debt is repaid, he will allow the Shipwright to expand and open a Dry Dock.
Pursuits
- The Mayor offers the pursuit, A Fresh Start, when the Fisherman loses his old Boat, the mayor will give him one of the old boats the town has, indebting you to the town. He asks you to go and catch fish to sell to the Fishmonger to pay off your debt.
- The Mayor offers the pursuit, Package Delivery, where he asks you to deliver a package to the Dockworker in Little Marrow
Trivia
- You can talk to him about the surrounding areas and if your debt hasn't been fully paid yet, you can go to him to pay it off quicker.
- He will talk about the Last Fisherman, largely complaining about how unreliable the previous fisherman was.
