The Painter is a minor character in Dredge. He is found in Little Marrow of The Marrows and allows you to customize your boat and change your Flag or toggle your Bunting, decorative triangle flags outlining the boat.

There are several paint options for the roof or hull.

Trivia

The Painter was added in v1.3.0

Once you have found all of the flags and you go back to the Painter to "Deliver Flag," he will tell you, "You don't seem to have any new flags with you. Come back when you find some. Although...you already have so many - I'm not sure there are any more out there..."
