Courier
The Courier is the unfortunate delivery person (gender unknown) for another package meant for the Dockworker. Their boat can be found anchored in the shallows of an island north of the Greater Marrow and west of Steel Point. They never show their face and stays inside their cabin.
They don't say how long they had been anchored there but mentions a huge Leviathan lurks in the deep waters. They had seen it beneath their boat with its maw wide open, threating to swallow their boat whole. They escaped to the shallows before it could. They refuse to make the delivery to Little Marrow, claiming the Leviathan is stalking them. If the Fisherman offers to deliver it for them, they will give the Fisherman Getting Over it with Mind and Body book.
The next time the Fisherman visits the island, after delivering the package, the Courier will be gone.
