Packed Explosives are items that can be collected in DREDGE.
As the name would imply, these are explosive, and they can be used to blow up bombable walls. Made from hollowed-out whale teeth, these explosives are manufactured by the Retired Whaler in the whaling station at Ingfell.
Packed Explosives can be obtained only after finishing all the Pursuits offered by the Retired Whaler and the Hermit in Gale Cliffs. After this, they can be bought one at a time from the Travelling Merchant, or in bulk directly from the Retired Whaler.
