Foreman
The Foreman is a character that will be in The Iron Rig DLC, slated to be released on the 15th of August 2024.
From the trailer and available screenshots, it is well understood that the Foreman plays a key role in the construction of the iron rig. He can be seen with a clipboard tracking the materials, as well as at the end of a conference room being berated for delays. In screenshots on the store page, the face icon of the Foreman can be found. Unlike in the trailer, he does, in fact, have eyes in this icon.
Speculation
The Foreman can be seen exchanging crates of goods for new equipment using a pulley system to the Fisherman. Much of this relationship is still unknown, though it is theorized that there will be a new kind of dredgable harvest location that will need a special piece of equipment. By returning these materials to the foreman, the player will gain access to more elements of the Iron Rig, like the Foundry and the Tech Lab.
