The Goliath Tigerfish must be caught as part of the Recording Rarities Pursuit given by the Travelling Merchant. As with the Gulper Eel and Oarfish, there is only one Tigerfish in the game, and once it is caught, it will never reappear. This Goliath Tigerfish can be found in the Twisted Strand at E12, behind a log that can be destroyed with Packed Explosives.
